Manhattan .36 Caliber Series 3 Percussion Revolver. With very desirable 6 ½” barrel. Cylinder is very good plus with all of the Military and Naval scenes easily visible. Cylinder has the 1859 patent date and has the Breech Spring Plate. Serial number 18XXX Range. Action works perfectly. Bore is excellent. Grips are very good and have 98% original varnish, no cracks, no chips. Many were private purchased during the Civil War by officers. This revolver has approximately 40% blue mixed with light brown patina. All numbers are matching and lettering (Barrel Address) is sharp and clear.
