<<<<SOLD>>>>An intrguing double hammer shotgiun of the 19th century with floiate engraved locks , but no name and the top of the barrel states: FINE TWIST. The 31 1/2" round barrels have dark brown damascus patina , and nearer the muzzle is about 1 " downward pitting on both sides with the right side moreso. Has a hardwood ram-rod with a brass tip. The left too is 12ga IM ( .695")and the right tube is 16ga IM (.662"). Bore hammers are matched and nipples are present but they're nicked and mashed . The hardwood stock is a lighter Eurpoean wood stock with strong hand checkered, and looks like a newer finish. The eshuceon holes were located were filled. Overall a working , complete double barrel 19th century hanger for your home or office.When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
