Description:
Winchester Model 65 .218 BEE,ser # 10055XX, 24" round barrel. Manufactured from 1939-1947.
Very few .218 BEE were produced, only 5,704 model 65's were produced in all calibers. Very nice
rifle in 96% bright blue condition. It just has a tiny bit of high point edge wear in a couple of spots,
mainly on the fore end cap, top edges of sight and a couple edges of the receiver. The stocks are
all original and have never been cleaned, perfect wood to medal fit, with factory oil finish. The bore
is bright and shiny about a 9.5. Very nice rifle with no problems, comes complete with a vintage new
in the box Redfield receiver sight, coded for a Winchester model 64 and 65.
