Description:
Colt SAA 3rd Generation “Z” version. This Single Action Army revolver is chambered for .44-40 Winchester, has a 4 ¾” barrel and is all Nickel finished with smooth two-piece walnut grips. The “Z” indicates (in the photo of the right side without the grips) the frame finish imperfection, same photo. The box is marked “USED” which is the indicator of the “Z” designation. So it came this way from Colt in 1984 and although the cylinder is perfect with no drag line it has been fired at the factory. It comes in the Colt Custom Shop box with all paperwork. It has spent the last 36 years, since 1984, in its box with the original owner. Rare find!
