Description:
Gunsmithing special. Sporterized 1903 Springfield with its military barrel. Has a Weaver 2.5X scope and Redfield mounts. Bore is good. Low serial numbered action. The stock is possibly a bishop or Fajen varmint style with the wide forearm. There is enough wood that the barrel channel can be opened up for a heavier barrel if you were building a Varmint rifle on a 1903 Springfield action. A fully inletted 1903 Varmint stock is worth the purchase price being asked for this, not to mention the value of the ‘03 parts. Must ship to an FFL.
