This is a Collath built pre-war gun with clean steel barrels, not the usual Damascus type. The bores are without any issues and are both choked full. I have been shooting RST 2 ½” shells in it. Extractors -- of course. Wood is solid and has a nice color and grain. No cracks or gouges. The barrels have been re- blued and the stock has been expertly refinished. I was going to send it for case colors but never got around to it. Barrels are 29” and the LOP is 14.5”. DAC is 1.5” and DAH is 2.5”. This is a slim and graceful gun. The under lever is buffalo horn and it shows nice color too. You seldom see these in this condition, and it’s a 16 ga too. Seems like it would do well at the next Vintager’s shoot. Must ship to an FFL. Credit cards are accepted but we must charge the 3%. Strength and Honor! SOLD |
