Pioneer belt axe with fold away saw blade and fitted with bone handles. The item is in very fine original condition, is soldly built, and the saw blade retracts and stays solidly in place, folded into its handle or extended. The bone grip panels fit very well and they have only one small hair line crack and no chips. Definitely a unique piece, we have never seen another like it. This compact belt/camp axe weighs 1 pound and 3 ounces with an overall length of 9.25" inches. The folding saw blade is 7" inches in length.
