D. Pedersoli Kodiak Mk IV Deluxe .45-70Govt Reproduction Colt 1878 Double Rifle
24” barrels with excellent bores. The barrels have toned to a deep plum, the coin-finished frame, hammers, rolled-edge triggerguard and lever are excellent, there are splashes of scroll engraving, geometric pattern borders and “KODIAK MK IV” in riband on the right-side, “D. PEDERSOLI” on the left and a cape buffalo on the belly. The checkered round-knob pistolgrip buttstock with left-side cheekpiece and splinter-style forend are excellent with an interesting, attractive grain pattern at the butt. This double rifle is equipped with rebounding hammers and triple-leaf rear sight. A beautiful reproduction of the Colt 1878 Double Rifle from this well-known Italian maker. 9lbs 13oz with a 15" L.O.P.
