Colt's Manufacturing New Service Model 1917 Army. Chambered in .45 ACP, cylinder is 6 round capacity. Comes with four half moon clips. Barrel is 5 3/8", bore is VG. Colt DA 45 stamped 
on left side of barrel. Sights are groove rear and fixed front. Finish is blued with wear from use and use of holster. Still approximately 80% intact, minor rust and some scratches.  Needs TLC but the price reflects this. Grips are plain uncheckered wood as per Army contract. Butt has lanyard and is marked US Army Model 1917 # 44909. This is a consignment item, sales are final.
