With the founding of his company over a decade ago, John Moses Browning started designing innovative firearms well ahead of their time. The model 1895 was the first rifle produced by Winchester designed with a box magazine instead of a tubular one, and one of the last lever actions designed by John Browning. This 1895 is in excellent condition with the exception of some tarnishing on the receiver. The wood furniture is in excellent condition. This 1895 design was one of Teddy Roosevelt's favorite guns, and it could be yours, too! As only one of one thousand made, it's a beautiful, rare gun and can function just as well in a display case at home or hunting for just about any mid-sized game.
