Description:
Perazzi Extra Oro side-plated SCO 28 gauge pair of O/U shotguns. Made in 2005 this pair of gorgeous 28’s are truly one of a kind, bespoke shotguns.
29 1/2” barrels have 7mm (9/32”) vent rib and are factory fitted with choke tubes; brass front bead.
The highly figured Walnut Prince-of-Wales gripped stock and narrow field forearm are finely checkered. The forearms have Deeley latch releases and each numbered in gold. The end of the buttstock is fitted with engraved heel and toe caps and checkered in between. 14 3/16” LOP; 1 ¼” DAC and 1 7/8” DAH with 3/8” cast on for a left hand shooter. I have been assured by a master stockmaker that the stocks can be “bent” to accommodate a right hand shooter!
Engraved by master engraver Claudio Tomasoni in a pattern, that was specially ordered by the buyer, in a fabulous game scene motif. The bird of choice on these guns is the ringneck pheasant which are depicted in gold inlays on the both sides, the top lever and even in the bottom of the forearms; and the gold inlay of “Hank” the retriever with a pheasant in his mouth.

Beautifully cased in a Nizzoli oak and leather two-gun case with canvas cover. All case accessories included. Missing are the extra choke tubes and the Perazzi information card(s).
This is a spectacular pair of guns. Absolutely ideal upland game guns and a splendid pair to take to shoot in Argentina. These have been fired although very little.
