Description:
Scarce and very desirable SIG P210 made for the Danish military, marked as the M49, in the second group of pistols numbered 16808-25513. SN: 24869. Cal: 9x21. Standard configuration SIG P210 with blued slide having drift adjustable front and rear sights. Left side of slide with the encircled “SIG”. Matte finished frame marked on the left rail “9mm P m/49” followed by the Danish crown surmounting the initials FKF. Safety detents marked “S” (white) and “F” (red). The full matching serial number is marked on the right side of the barrel, slide, frame, and on the original hammer group that does not have a half cock. Barrel, hammer, checkered slide release and trigger are in the white. Fitted with correct checkered black plastic grips. Original matte finish magazine. Complete with original blue/gold shipping box as supplied with all of these refurbished/surplused guns, the end label showing matching serial number and the upgraded caliber notation, now 9x21, to allow sale into countries where the 9mmP is prohibited. Condition: At least 98-99% finish with minor sharp edge wear at muzzle. Frame presents as new. Minor staining on hammer as pictured (easily cleaned). Comparable condition grips and magazine. Mirror bright bore. Perfect manual mechanics. VG-EXC box with superficial scuffing but no tears or repairs. Much of the grey foam lining has crumbled. A beautiful Danish M49 in its matching box.
