Description:
Caliber 52 RF. 22 inch round barrel with a good amount of blue remaining. Balance of metal is a silver/gray color. Bright shiny bore. Wood is overall good with some minor chips and dents. No markings or cartouches on the wood except for the small anchor directly in front of the trigger guard. Buttplate has "US" above the heel screw. Approximately 8,000 of the improved Second Model carbines were purchased by the US Government.
