This special deluxe edition is bound in padded leather as is the matching slipcase. The volume has the title in gold on the spine. The cover of the book and the slipcase have a gold embossed hilt of a Model 1850 Staff & Field Officer’s sword in an oval over a facsimile of Mr. Thillmann’s autograph. Volume is numbered and ink signed by the author.  Copy number 70 of 100.  Same as the standard edition this book contains 608 pages including appendices, bibliography, and index. The cover measures approximately 11 ¼ by 8.75 inches. Black and white photographs, with a colored photo section towards the beginning of the book.
