Description:
Extremely rare Parker Bros.DH grade 8 gauge with 36" Titanic steel barrels.Built in 1911,this massive gun is in excellent all original condition.It retains around 60% of the original case colors,98% of the original barrel blue,and 95% of the original wood finish.The bores are mint and free of any rust,dents,or pits.The chokes are full and full.The barrels lock up tightly to the action and the top lever is to the right.Beautifully engraved in the DH pattern with a pointer on one side and a setter on the other and ducks on the floorplate.All screws and roll marks are sharp and untouched.The stock has a 141/2"LOP over an old original silvers pad with widows peak.The stock was built for heads up shooting with drop at comb of 2" and at heel of 4".A rare piece of American sporting history.C&R eligible.
