We are over the top proud to offer this stunning artwork disguised as a Colt Bisley Model. Engraved by master engraver J.R. DeMunck, this is one of the finest engraved Colts we have ever offered. Jim DeMunck is perhaps best know for his work at Connecticut Shotgun. His renditions of the high grade Fox doubles have received national attention, critical acclaim, and sky high prices to boot. While I find it difficult to photograph nickel guns, you should grasp the quality of detail after looking at all the photos. Not much steel is spared from the engraver's chisel, and even the grip screw is engraved. Made in the year of our Lord 1904, she is in nigh 100% condition. Everything is tight and crisp. Finished in antique nickel, and nicely fitted walnut grips, she is a sight to behold. The 2 line barrel address, patent dates, rampant colt, serial numbers, and Bisley markings are all clear and sharp. The bore of the gunfighter length 4 3/4 inch barrel is good, too. The slightest handling marks are hard to find on this wheel gun. If you have been looking for the right Bisley to collect or for investment, but want a master engraved gun that will steal the spotlight from you best double, then look no further.
