For Best Results Always Call First! This Pistol was produced between 1931 to 1940. There were 19,500 pistols during that time period. The Smith & Wesson's serial number is 673882. This pistol is fitted with a 6 inch barrel. The front sight has the reflective silver "dot". The rear sight has the fully adjustable target sight. The hammer and trigger have strong color cased finish showing. The hammer and trigger both have on their backs, patent notices. That stamping is not commonly seen on these parts. The pistol shows shooting and handling wear. The action locks up tight and functions correctly. The diamond pattern grips are serial numbered to the frame. The grips show some wear, however, there is no damage or abuse. The high polish pre war finish is strong with some possible holster wear showing. The bluing would rate a strong 95% overall condition. The grips would rate a 96% overall condition. The original box is serial numbered to this pistol. This red box is in very good condition with no tears or separations. The box does show some wear and ageing. The graphics are strong and clear. It is a real find to have a matching original box for a popular model pistol such as this "Smith" from the 1930's. This is a real "showy" pistol that should make any collector happy to have! Search for hlvfineguns on google.
