Description:
SOLD Winchester Model 52C Standard Target Rifle Made in 1956. Mirror bore. This is the Winchester 52C with the Micro Motion trigger, Marksman stock, standard barrel, Redfield Olympic receiver sight and globe front sight. Hand stop on fore end. Includes one 5 shot magazine. Has minor wear. See photos. Excellent original finish condition, 98% blue, 98% wood with a few dings.
Shipping by USPS PRIORITY MAIL , $ 45.00 plus Insurance based on selling price.. I do not use UPS or FEDEX.
PAYMENT: Cert Check or Money orders. PERSONAL CHECKS take 7 days to clear. NO PAYPAL (PAYPAL is an anti gun company that supports efforts to restrict firearms ownership) . I don’t do Echecks or Credit Cards at this time.
All payments for any purchases made, must be received within 10 Business Days from
the date sale is agreed upon.
FFL or C&R required. Guns that meet conditions for Curios and relics are C&R eligible. Three day non shooting, no screw turning, no disassembly inspection.
I am an FFL Licensed dealer. I include a copy of my FFL, State License and Tax ID with the gun when I ship to your dealer. Dealers can mail or email their FFL to me. I do not have a FAX line.

FOR ALL DEALER SHIPMENTS:
It is your responsibility to know if there are any restrictions on your end for receipt of firearms. I have found that some Post offices wont deliver firearms and must be picked up at Post Office.. it is your responsibility to know this. Any returns due to receiving issues will be at buyers expense.
Your FFL dealer must provide a destination address for his FFL that will accept US Postal Service deliveries.
SHIPPING: I usually ship within 7 days of receipt of your payment but I have family obligations so once in a while, due to vacations etc. I may be a bit slow. I ship by US Postal Service , approximately 3-14 days depending on your location. AK and HI take longer. Alaska and Hawaii require additional cost. Returns must be insured for full value.
INSURANCE IS MANDATORY
RETURNS: No returns if screws turned, gun has been fired, damaged, modified or altered from original shipped condition. Returns must be shipped in same box as I sent it and fully insured. You get the purchase price only, no refund on shipping, ins. or anything else.
New York State Purchasers of any item must provide a copy of their NYS Resale Certificate and NYS ST120 form for exemption from sales tax or will be charged sales tax in the destination city/county.
All BATF rules and state laws apply. Firearms shipped to "Licensed Premises" only!
