Description:
This is a pretty decent model 1860 Colt army revolver made in 1863...shows a good amount of blue with pin pricking from storage, mostly on the left side of barrel, and some on cylinder and scattered areas.......retains most all of the cylinder scene..all numbers match including the wedge....excellent perfect fitting grips with good cartuches ...bore is very good...a good amount of faded case colors are present on frame and hammer , with traces on the rammer web..all markings are crisp and clear, action works well.....was stored in an old cloth/rag that literally knitted itself to parts of the barrel and other places and had to be removed wirth a plastic knife , and some fine steel wool with oil...overall, a much better than average martial 1860.
