Description:
Minty model 1894 Long Wood Eastern Carbine in the famous 30-30 Winchester Caliber. Serial # 1734972, 1951 Vintage. Metal on this gun is an honest 98% overall with slight blue wear on the end of the Sight Hood, below sight on barrel and on the bottom of the Receiver from being hunted ( both areas pictured). If it shows up in the photos, the receiver has a frosty look but not very noticeable unless looked at with a magnifying glass (very minor). Wood Finish is also 98% with very minor handling marks, nothing major and again, not sure the photos will show them (forend). Proper Checkered Butt-plare. Absolutely Mint bore and don't feel the gun was shot or hunted that much. Don't like to overstate condition but this is a keeper and priced to sell. As good as any I have seen on the sites. Thought about keeping it myself but I have seven of them and need to sell some. Most of them C&R's. Thanks for looking.
