This gun transfers like any other firearm with just a 4473 through your dealer. You are looking at factory photos. I don’t want to unpack the gun and then repack to ship. One 33rd magazine included.as standard. New in box Tippmann Armory Gatling Gun. 9mm, has eight 10" barrels. All machined steel and brass. Utilizes 9mm Glock magazines. This firearm will accept most aftermarket Glock style magazines including the Beta Drum and others.The overall size of the gun is about 27" Long, 21” wide and about 18" high depending on how you have the barrels elevated. Comes with a wrench to aid assembly, instruction manual, cable gun lock. Requires minor assembly. Takes just a few minutes Rate of fire is impressive,’ can exceed 500 rounds per minute if you have the arm stamina for it. No special permit required; transfers like any other firearm on a 4473 through a dealer (check box marked "OTHER")..IF YOU LIVE IN NY, YOU CAN OWN BUT MUST USE 10 rd magazines unless you are dealer or law enforcement.
It is the dealers responsibility to remove the 33 rd. magazine if this is purchased for use in a state with magazine capacity restrictions. It is buyers responsibility to know their state and local laws.
Layaway available. You must send a deposit of 25% of the sale price and signed layaway agreement . If the balance of the item isn’t paid in full with in terms of layaway, the item is considered forfeited and no funds are refunded. I will send you a layaway agreement that must be signed and returned with down payment.
