Here we have a post war P38 that was manufactured by Walther in May of 1962 and issued to a German police dept. These post war P38s feature a alloy frame, that set them apart from the WW2 Walther P38s. Also, the locking block in the post war guns and the front of the barrel aren't serial numbered as were the WW2 pistols.
This P38 is all matching and has a mint bore. The controls function like a new one and there's very little wear either inside or on the external finish of this pistol. The holster is also in very good contition. Please check out the photos of this nice P38 rig.
