Winchester model 70 mfg. 1937. Target configuration in 257 caliber. Heavy barrel with integral front sight ramp( only 40 done this way, after ramp was soldered).
Scope blocks on front receiver ring and barrel. Rear Receiver ring is not drilled which is correct. Nickeled front sling swivel and mount which is correct.
