Colt .45 caliber single action Peacemaker revolver. Serial #60341 matching, manufactured in 1880. Nice aged Colt Peacemaker, definitely shows age and use, but not abused. This pistol is in very good condition overall. Metal overall is a smooth, age grey, mixed with brown patina. Traces of original nickle can be seen in protected areas. Clear 3-line patent dates on left side of frame. Top of barrel with clear "COLT'S PT. F. A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A.". 5.5" barrel with some muzzle wear. The bore is bright with strong rifling. Faint .45 caliber marking on the left side of the triggerguard. The mechanics are very good, original hammer. The grips are one- piece walnut, just smooth age-handling wear. A classic handgun of the Old West.
