Description:
For your consideration is an excellent condition WWII Walther P.38 magazine produced by Erste Nordbohmische Metallwarenfabrik (German ordnance code ‘jvd’), Niedrerinsiede, in German-occupied Czechoslovakia. This factory is well known for making magazines used for Spreewerk & Mauser P.38s. The magazine has no markings & would have been an armorer’s field replacement magazine.  Production would have been circa 1944.

This magazine exhibits light field use & has no dents, dings or rust. About 95% of the high polish bluing remains with expected wear on the follower, housing, & baseplate.

This magazine is most appropriate with a 1944-1945 Spreewerk or Mauser P.38 but given its lack of markings it would make an excellent replacement magazine for any P.38 that has a hard to find magazine or in the case of early war P.38s is missing a serialized magazine.
