Description:
Serial #C374966, .38 Special, 4" barrel with a good bore that has spots of dark freckling along its length. This revolver has retained 90-92% of the original blue finish that has gray fading on the exposed edges, a moderate turn-ring on the cylinder, and large silvered and freckled areas at the sides of the muzzle. The hammer and trigger have much of the original color case-hardening remaining, although there is gray fading along the edges. A small and unobtrusive import mark is present on the underside of the barrel. The checkered, diamond-center walnut grips are numbered to the gun on the interior, and are in very good shape with numerous small handling marks and some flattening of the points. This a great looking, mechanically solid Pre-Model 10 in very good plus condition overall. FFL or C&R
