Republic Forge builds the ultimate 1911 pistol. The pistol begins with a forged frame from a forging press in Ft. Worth, Texas, then hand tooled and hand-fitted one at a time by a gunsmith in New Mexico. No CNC machining, no "mims" parts, each part is handcrafted and fitted by a craftsman.
This is the Republic features a Cerakote frame and slide, in grey. This pistol is a .45 ACP with Ambi-safety, extended mag well, Republic Forge grips, and Republic Forge night sights. Pistol features a “Texas Star” hammer and comes with Republic Forge's shooter's bag, two mags, ppwk and lifetime warranty.
This Republic Forge is built by Bob Maw, the new owner of Republic Forge, with Tyler Gun Works providing the finish.
