Description:
The Dakota Model 76 is one of the most desirable hunting rifles in the world, proven on every continent, in every climate and on every type of game. Exemplifying the very best of bolt action innovation with exquisite lines and impeccable shot to shot precision, it has deservedly taken its place among the legendary rifles of the 20th and 21st centuries.
This .375 H&H Safari features a highly upgraded walnut stock, hand cut custom Fleur de Lis checkering (wrap around on forend) and ebony stock plugs. The stock is Bisonite bedded, has a 13 ¾” length of pull and is finished off with a metal grip cap and a Pachmayr recoil pad. The receiver, bottom metal, grip cap, Talley rings and bases are case colored. The bolt handle is rust blued. The remaining metal is matte blued. A rear single blade island sight and a gold bead ramp front sight with a flip up night sight sit atop the 23” barrel. The barrel band and inletted swivel studs make sling mounting easy. There are several rack marrs above the trigger on the left side of the stock. Weight is 8.6 lbs.
