Payment Types Accepted: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Certified Check Description: This is a very nice, all original example of WWI Mauser C96 "broomhandle" pistol, made for German Imperial Army around 1916-1917 and has a German Army acceptance mark on the right side of the chamber. It is chambered in hard hitting .30 Mauser caliber and is all matching, including the internal parts, grips and the stock. The gun retains around 90-95% of its original wartime finish with some holster wear on high point and under the barrel from sliding in and out of the stock. It had not been messed with and remains in its original condition. Very nice bore with strong rifling. Grips are wihout defects. Shoulder stock is matching to the gun and has two stable hairline cracks on the side - visible in the pictures. It attaches well into a grove on the back of the gun, although does have some lateral movement at the attachment point, as most of these were made during the last 2 years of the war with much less regard for fit than the earlier commercial guns. The stock appears to have a very light coat of varnish on it. Some fireblue is still present on the extractor, trigger, safety and the rear sight slider of the gun. A very nice, honest example of a WWI firearm. $50 shipping in CONUS. FFL or C&R(where allowed) required. SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes |
