Chinese Warlord era C96 made by Hanyang Arsenal, in Wuhan, nicely marked characters on right frame, along with year “16” translating to 1927, now rebuilt with mismatched parts as typical for these pistols. SN: 11273 Cal. 7.63mm. Standard configuration C96 with a 5.5” barrel having front sight on barrel band (as typical for Hanyang made C96s). Slip in rear sight marked 50/100. Short extractor, two lug firing pin. Universal safety. Six Chinese characters on right side of frame. Serrated grips secured with a transverse screw permanently secured in place. No lanyard ring. Import markings as shown. Condition VG as refinished and arsenal rebuilt. Dark bore with very shallow rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. One of the more unusual Chinese C96s, with recognized arsenal markings. Buyer pays $45.00 shipping
