Description:
For sale Marlin 39 lever action pistol grip. 24" bbl with full length magazine. Special ordered lyman rear tip up site with 1" disc. Original elevated site in middle. Lyman #5 globe front site with ivory bead. Considerable amount of case coloring on frame. Case color receiver is 80-90%. Some darkened. Wood solid no cracks and shows normal wear and handling marks. Cocking lever retains 60%. Case color faded compared to receiver. Take down rifle 24" octangular bbl. As it will only handle 22 rim fire cartridge standard velocity. 39 Marlin is recommended to use 22 standard velocity which it did. I shot 4-5 bricks of ammo through it. Functions mechanically 100%. Bore is as new with great rifling some darkening. Some screws have been removed. All parts and components 100% original to gun. Feeder house functions correctly but not sure of the year. Serial # 6803. Will have to be shipped to a ffl dealer. I would take Best Offer !!! I would perfer to have you call my phone rather emails.
