Description:
This is a really nice totally original Colt 1911 .45acp Pistol, with killer excellent grips, and an excellent bore, etc. Pistol has a nice patina overall and wonderful original 2 tone Colt magazine - totally correct for this pistol. The only downside is someone scratched a line through the serial number (see photo) but the serial number is still quite readable and is serial number 394067. Probably a soldier on his return home from WWI. Since they did not obliterate the serial number this remains a legitimate firearm which is perfectly legal to own. If they hadn't done this the pistol would be worth twice what we are selling it for. Still a damn nice 1911 Colt. Just look at all the photos!
