For Sale, hard to find, original 8X J. Unertl Target Scope, with caps.

- Ocular Power, 8x
New set of professionally replaced, fine tungsten cross hairs. Nice glass, no cracks or lens separation. Scope and Tube, exhibits wear from use, bluing loss, etc. Would look good on a target rifle or Marine style sniper. These scopes have become very popular with CMP 1903 Sniper Matches at travel games and the National Matches in Ohio. Cross hair picture taken at 400 yards, with power lines visible.
Chrome colored, Micrometer rear mount, and forward mount in good condition. Adjustment knobs similar to Marine style, and not post-WW2. Nice positive and audible clicks. Rear mount thumb screw beveled/modified by previous owner, solidly locks onto mount blocks. No recoil spring, and one threaded stop ring. Mounts have old dried grease on them.
