Description:
Original USGI Cotton M1 Garand \ Springfield Rifle Sling. We could not find a marking to date it. Sling does have the flat faced buckle, narrow keeper and dimpled tab.
This sling would have also been appropriate for the 1903 , 1903A3, and 1903A4 series of rifles also. The pictures are of the actual rifle sling you will receive. We do NOT use "representations"
This is USGI and as you can see in the pictures.
I have no idea whatever those letters and numbers mean. My military "Stuff" and "Wartime" gear knowledge is "zilch" and am using the estate where this came from as the authority.
