QUALITY CONSIGNMENTS WANTED ! This pistol was produced in 1950. The serial number is K 162215. This Smith & Wesson has the five screw frame with pinned front sight and barrel. It is all matching serial numbers. This pistol shows little use or shooting. The color case finish on the hammer and trigger is vivid and strong. The grips are in very fine condition with no cracks or loss. On the left grip on the bottom is lightly carved with a JH brand. There is a slight drag line between the bolt stops. The bluing is strong with very light muzzle wear. This pistol would rate a 98% condition. These 4 inch barrel models are not commonly seen in the early Smith & Wesson's. These are well balanced pistols and very pleasing to the eye!
