Description:
Shilen BP-S actioned custom varmint rifle by Mark Penrod. This rifle features the single shot Shilen BP-S action and a tapered octagon stainless steel barrel of 20" length. The caliber is 17 Remington. The stock is a black Fiberglas with checkpiece. LOP is 13" to a smooth finished Fiberglas butt. It would be very easy to lengthen the pull by simply adding a pad to met your specification. Overall condition is mint. it includes contoured scope bases which are of the Redfield/Leupold type. The contouring goes very well with the barrel configuration. The trigger is excellent, probably a Shilen also. An excellent varmint rifle by a nationally known gunsmith.
