J. Stevens 620 Trench gun in superior shape, 12 gauge, US property marking, John Browning design, pump shotgun, take down design, it has all the marking that a collector looks for....it is not what i collect but they don't make like this any longer. MS marked in front of the trigger. Marching serial numbers on the frame and barrel, please see the pictures.
This is an excellent example of a WWII production Stevens Model 620 trench shotgun. Single brass bead sight on top of the bayonet lug fitted at the muzzle. The barrel is fitted with the standard heat shield and is marked with the three line Steven's address on the right side and "P" over the ordnance bomb at the breech. The left side of the receiver is marked "P" over the ordnance bomb at the front, followed by "MODEL 620", and is marked "U.S." above the trigger guard. The shotgun features a plain slide handle and a plain pistol grip stock with a black plastic buttplate and sling swivel. Chambered 2 3/4 inches. Price dropped to $2900 firm.
