Pre War Colt Detective Special chambered in .38 Special. Manufactured in 1935, this revolver features 6 shot capacity, 2" barrel, blue finished, and factory colt grips with silver Colt medallions. This revolver retains approximately 90% of its original finish with the majority of the wear on the front of the cylinder, muzzle and right side above the trigger. The bore and chambers are bright, the action locks up tight and is in perfect time. This gun appears to have been carried some but fired very little. A very nice example of its type.
