2nd Issue Colt Detective Special chambered in .38 Special. Manufactured in 1967, this revolver features 6 shot capacity, 2" barrel, blue finished, and factory colt grips with silver Colt medallions. The right grip appears to possibly be a reproduction and is not matching to the pistol. This revolver retains approximately 95% of its original finish with the majority of the wear on the front of the cylinder and muzzle as well as some lite wear on the back strap. The bore and chambers are bright, the action locks up tight and is in perfect time. This gun appears to have only been very lightly used and is a very nice example of this classic firearm.
