_Colt SAA 3rd Gen .44-40 Factory Master Engraved with 5 1/2 inch barrel. Blued/Case Hardened.
This Colt SAA truly is a piece of art. Factory, "Master" Type "B" scroll engraving
completed by Factory Master Engraver Dennis Kies. This gun shows the amazing talent of one of the finest
engravers in the country. Vivid case colored frame, charcoal blue finish and completed
with Factory Stag stocks custom fitted by one of the most respected grip makers in the country, Dan Chesiak.
If you are looking for a quality Colt investment I think this piece of art is worth considering. I have had this beauty for a good while now and have had pleasure just looking at it and conversing with and showing it to friends.
There are many engraved 3rd Gen SAA's on the market, however, very few have
been Factory Master Engraved, signed by the engraver and come with a Factory Letter attesting to it's authenticity.
This Colt comes in its original box with Custom Shop label further confirming the configuration.
The name Kies, "Dennis Kies, is engraved on the frame and DC, "Dan Chesiak" is stamped on the inside of the grips.
100% condition not a mark on it, never turned.
