Built by two of the best gunsmiths in the nation:
Gordy Gritters / Gordy's Precision LLC ( did all the metal work ).
Alex Sitmann / Master Class Stocks ( did all the stock work ).
COMPONENTS :
Defiance action - model Deviant XM, stainless steel,( left bolt / right port )
Solid one-piece action with integral 20 MOA Picatinny rail and integral recoil lug. Defiance hinged floorplate / bottom metal.
GRS Stock - model Sporter left hand,, beautiful laminated wood, green mountain Camo, adjustable cheek piece, adjustable butt plate assembly in/out and up/down, 1" recoil pad.
Pillar bedded action / free-floated barrel.
Bartlein stainless steel barrel, # 3B contour, 26", 10 twist, Holland muzzle brake, chambered in 300 WSM W/ .338" neck ( this is a custom tighter than standered neck diameter) so neck diameter of loaded ammo needs to measure .337" or less - some factory ammo is larger than this spec, so just measure your ammo before shooting, it can take loaded ammo longer than SAMMI specs meaning VLD bullets for very long shooting/ hunting which can be atcheaved by an accurate gun like this one
Jewell triger with top safety .
two matching reamers are used to chamber and build a matching stainless steel full sizing die, this custom die is included.
THIS RIFLE IS NEW
It is tested for the confirmation of its accuracy ( attached a photo of a 1/4 inch group at 100 yards )
It took one year to order the components and build the rifle, I didn't enjoy shooting it because of a very bad herniated neck discs which forbid me from shooting magnum calibers ( I am 69 years )
The buyer will be really lucky to own this beautiful masterpiece.
some additional parts are a second cheek piece, recoil assembly 1/2" recoil pad.
