About Us: We are an “Old School” gun store with a vintage Western style. We do carry various modern pistols, revolvers and long guns. However, our specialty is vintage firearms including bolt action, lever action and semi automatic rifles. For example, we usually have at least two or three M-1 Garand rifles at any given moment. Other times we may have one or two Springfield 1903 rifles. And if you’re into lever action rifles, we have plenty of them available in different calibers & barrel lengths. And last but not least, we have a wide variety of Colt Single Action Army revolvers in different calibers and barrel lengths.
Description:
Here is a nice older Marlin lever action rifle in 30-30 caliber. It has a 26 inch octagonal barrel with a ring and post (Beecham) front sight that folds down. This Marlin is in very good to excellent condition for its age. Rifling in bore is somewhat dark, but appears to still be fairly sharp. And to top it all off, this rifle has takedown capability! Serial number dates this item back to 1902. Here's a chance to own a piece of history that's over 100 years old, and is still a functioning firearm. Cycles very smoothly, and has a light trigger pull. (I post the Internet sales for George, and this is one of those rifles that I wish I had the money for, I'd buy it in a heartbeat) Curio and relic license acceptable for purchase.
