Description:
SOLD-SOLD. Rare Full Target Smith and Wesson Model 617 (no dash) 6" .22LR in exceptional condition. Features Target Trigger, Target Hammer, Target Stocks, Partridge Front Sight, and a rare Trigger Stop. These are also harder to find in a high polish finish which makes this 617 look like a nickel plated revolver. There are just a handful of scattered ticky tacks that do not detract from the overall look of this beautiful revolver. The target stocks also have a few minor ticky tacks, but remain in excellent condition. This particular Model 617 had a little adventure and found itself in a Police in Jaen, Andalusia Spain. It was an export and how it wound up in Spain is unknown. It has been repatriated and discreetly import marked to the USA under a Type 8 FFL. Considering the adventure, it is remarkable this particular Model 617 had remained in exceptional condition and appears like new! $1050 plus $35 Shipping and Handling.
