Winchester 1895 Octagon Barrel .38-72 caliber rifle. Made in 1900. Has 26" octagon barrel. Octagon barrels are very rare in 1895s and .38-72 caliber is one of the rarest in Winchester 1895s. Barrel has 60% original blue. Frame has mostly a gray patina. Wood butt stock is very good with a coat of varnish. Forearm has been refinished.
