This Bridesburg M1861 Percussion musket is a lesser found contract versus some of the other contract manufactures. This example has seen a repair in the stock that appears to be well done, the cartouches are still visible but faint. The mechanics works well. It also appears someone may have put an old lacquer to protect the metal finish/patina. This is a solid example for someone who doesn’t want to pay $1400-1600+ for a bit better example. Shipping is $60 plus actual insurance. Thank you!
