Description:
This is a 4.75 .45 with eagle grips. It is lettered just as it sits to E. C. Meacham in St. Louis Mo.
This is one of the few I've seen with a serial number on the cylinder even though it is a 4.75 inch. It has lots of blue in protected areas and some fine pitting in some areas. It has never seen a buffer and is very sharp on all the corners. I'm selling because I just got a earlier 4.75 inch .45 to Meacham, so selling the duplicates. The bore is about 7 out of 10 and the action is perfect...tight and crisp. Eagle grips fit nicely and I beleve original to the gun.
