not sure who made this knife or when it was made but verbal history is that it was made in england ??? for ottoman honor guard in turkey ,in late 18 hundereds all steel parts are gold washed with some loss of gold wash// , grips are made of some unknown material looks to be man made material , scabbard is velvet covered wood , with locking button on handle by guard , excellent condition blade and grip,, scabbard is vg and solid15 inches oa in scabbard never been sharpened beautiful knife
