The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

The Model PSL-54 is a semi-automatic rifle chamgered for the 7.62x54R cartridge. The PSL-54 was designed for sporting use and takes its design inspiration from the famous Dragunov sniper rifle (SVD) issued to Marksman in the Red Army and most Warsaw Pact Nations during the Cold War.
First time ever imported, new manufactured PSL Rifle. One of the most famous DMR rifles ever made, the PSL is just packed with features. From the sleek skeleton stock to the tip of the muzzle brake, this powerful rifle is a head-turner at the range and out in the field. The 4 groove barrel has a 1:10 twist. Comes with one 10 rd. magazine, and a Russian-made PO 4x24 optic. This rifle is manufactured exclusively in Romania for import by Century Arms.
