Up for sale is a genuinely nice A.H Fox Sterlingworth. This Fox is chambered in 16 ga. The barrels are 28 inches long and have fixed chokes of Mod/Full. The bores are in very good condition. The chambers measure 2 ½. The barrels have a beautiful ring to them as well. I believe the barrels to be unmolested chokes, chambers and finish are original. The lop from the front trigger to the recoil pad is 14 1/8. The drop comb is 1 9/16 the drop heel is 2 9/16. This Fox tips the scale 6 pounds 5 ounces. The receiver retains a high degree of original case color. There is a small hairline crack in the tang area. It looks to be stabilized and shows no flex. This is a common occurrence and can be repaired if desired. There is a but plate included as well. Overall a very desirable vintage American double built on a 20 Ga frame. Thanks for looking.
