Colt 49 pocket with hard to find 6 inch barrel with matching numbers and in working condition.
This is 31 cal. Colt.
there is Pepper pitting but markings are as they should be.
This Colt was mfg during the civil war, these were carried by many officers as a back up pistol.
The grips have almost all original varnish.
The frame, barrel, trigger guard, cylinder, back strap and loading lever have matching numbers #244764.
This old Colt is in working condition and a wonderful example of an unmesstwith Antique Colt.
The 1849 Pocket Colts made during the Civil War are very desirable especially with the 6 inch barrel (rare)
